You can delete the personal data the chatbot stored about you at any time.

Option 1 — In Messenger (instant)

  1. Open the conversation with the Facebook Page you contacted.
  2. Send the message delete (or устга).
  3. Tap 🗑 Устгах / Delete to confirm.

Your phone number, address, answers and Messenger ID are removed from all your orders with that Page immediately, and you receive a confirmation message.

Option 2 — Contact us

Call +976 8807 2876 and tell us the name of the Page you contacted. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm.

What is deleted

All personal information you provided in orders (name, phone, address, answers) and your Page-scoped Messenger ID. An anonymous record (order number, date, service type) may be kept for the business's statistics; it can no longer be linked to you.
